Wallball for Visually Impaired & SEN

by swisscottage / May 10th, 2017 / in Uncategorized / 0 Comments

We’re delighted to pioneering some wallball sessions at Swiss Cottage SEN School in partnership with SENSE Charity.

Coach Sam will is running weekly sessions and adapting wallball in innovative ways to make it accessible to those with visual impairments, auditory impairments and those with learning difficulties.

These sessions are possible thanks to the open mind approach of Swiss Cottage School and Taylor at SENSE, and the Sportivate funding which was ringfenced to try and get non-active people moving and healthy.

What’s more we will be working with our partners to put together a lower-entry promotional video which can show the versatility of wallball as an exercise and as a fun activity.

We’re now half way through our first project and we’re getting amazing results.

The future is bright!
