Dear Parents, Carers, and Families

We are writing to inform you that two pupils have tested positive for COVID-19. We were informed by the family midday and are working closely with the Public Health England’s London Coronavirus Response Cell. This is the 7thcase of COVID-19 for our school community (4 staff members and 3 pupils).

The pupils are in the same class within the Purple Bubble Zone. We have tracked the staff and pupils that have come into direct or proximity contact with both pupils. Two classes within the Purple Bubble Zone are now in self-isolation: Blossom Class and Primrose Class. We contacted each family and the children were picked up from school. We are supporting them as the pupils go into self-isolation and access the Virtual School.

We want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation. Please continue to monitor your child and family for symptoms.  The most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

A summary of our safety measures is located on the school website here:

Thank you for supporting us and one another during this complex time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact reception on 02076818080, email, or speak to us at the school gates. We want to ensure you are supported.

Yours Sincerely,

Vijita Patel     Rebecca Shaw

Principal       Vice Principal
