Bon voyage to our staff and learners who are off to visit our friends in Sweden as part of a Comenius pupil exchange project. None of our learners have flown before, or visited another country so this is a very exciting experience for them.
Read about their adventures below:
Tuesday 14th May
I miss all of my class so much and I hope you are having a great time in school. On Monday, we got on the aeroplane and I had Ed with me. Today we had a walk and we had lunch. We had meatballs. Then, we went into the war museum and it was brilliant. I can’t wait to get back to get back to school to talk to everybody in Swedish.”
Wednesday 15th May
“Today has been busy and brill: school visits, art and music lessons, visiting the countryside, and going to the old town. In the evening, we went to an Art Exhibition, of work from Lillian’s class.
One highlight. Lilly has made friends with Johanna, and good friends help tie each others shoes!”
Thursday 16th May
In the morning, we joined a schools sports day. We did the 60 metres and the long jump. After that, we went back to the school for lunch, and then to the forest, to do some bird watching. It has been lovely and sunny.Comenius, Sweden
