Dear Parents, Carers, and Families,
We hope this finds you well during a very complex time. We have sent two letters this week to update all families about the positive COVID-19 test results for pupils and staff in our school. Those letters shared the update that classes from the Purple and Orange Bubble are now in self-isolation.
Over the last 48 hours, the school has received confirmation of 3 pupils testing positive and 3 staff testing positive from the Orange Bubble. They were already on self-isolation and we are supporting these families and staff directly. Each of the bubble locations goes through a deep clean immediately with an external contractor. We have completed a full school assessment with Public Health England and our school remains open. The safety and hygiene measures within the school across the multiple bubbles are robust and no changes are recommended. Thank you for your support of one another and us during this complex time.

Preparation for Adulthood
The Sixth Form’s ‘EmployMEnt Pathway’ launched their online shop which showcases their fantastic work designing and producing greeting cards and ceramics. It is really exciting for us to share the site with you and invite you to follow the journey on Instagram. The pupils are really proud of the items they are producing and through the pathway they are developing their employability skills.
The Card & Design team will be managing the online shop and the orders coming through so please share with family and friends. You will see that there is an option on the shop to ‘collect’ from school for staff members or school families.
