Our Urban Habitats Project, under the expert guidance of Dr. John Bielby and Rachel Hodder from the ZSL, will help to build an environment that will attract more birds, mini-beasts, frogs, toads and other wildlife to our school grounds.
Learners at Swiss Cottage will take a baseline audit of all wildlife on our school grounds and share the data with the wider community through social networking and outreach events. Learners will also spend time at London Zoo to see how they improve local biodiversity.
The Swiss Cottage School Urban Habitats Project promises to be fun and interesting learning experience. You can follow the progress of our project by following us on Twitter (@SCSBio) and liking us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/SCSUrbanHabitats).
