I am delighted to be able to welcome you to our fantastic new building.

Our new £25m state of the art building offers purpose built classrooms, soft-play and sensory rooms, hydrotherapy pool, three-bedroom respite flat and a Development & Research Centre. Thank you to everyone who participated in the school build project, your hard work and dedication to this project is greatly appreciated and the finished product is truly outstanding.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome all our new students, especially those transferring from the Jack Taylor Special School. We now accommodate 232 children aged 2-19 with complex learning difficulties, emotional, behavioural and communication difficulties and those with Autistic Spectrum Condition.

I am very proud of the way all our students have handled the transition between moving buildings and in dealing with many other changes and disruptions around them.

And finally a warm welcome to all our new staff, we are very excited to have you join the team and hope you enjoy working with us to improve the standards of education.
