Dear Parents and Carers,
Our Harvest Festival which took place this week was a wonderful celebration of Autumn, nature, fun and food. Many pupils participated and enjoyed exploring activites that included vegetable picking, apple bobbing, scarecrow painting and so much more.
A reminder that this Monday 20th October, the school will be closed for pupils, as the staff will be undertaking one of our planned Professional Development days. We look forward to welcoming the pupils back to school on Tuesday 21st October, for the last week of the half-term. The half-term break is from Monday 27th October to Friday 31st October.
Family Learning Week: We are looking forward to seeing many of our families joining the first Family Learning Week of this academic year. Each class is inviting families to engage with a learning session in the classroom, which will take place on the first week back after the half-term break. Please make a note of your child’s class session and do join in with the class routines alongside your child if you are able to.
We encourage and support families with children in Year 9 and above to explore options for future college placements. Below you will see a list of dates for visit days for colleges. These visits are facilitated by our independent Connexions careers advisor Anne-Marie. Please email anne-marie.robins2@camden.gov.uk if you have any queries or would like to confirm your place on any of the visits.
Yours Sincerely,
Syra Sowe
Principal (Interim)
