Dear Parents and Carers,

This week, you received a text with an online survey to complete. This is for you to update school permissions, for example confirming we can upload your child’s photos onto our Evidence for Learning platform. Please complete the survey by Monday - here is the link again.

From Monday to Wednesday, our school community was busy hosting international Ministerial Delegations from countries from South America. Their visit was part of programme which included a visit to Parliament and Cambridge University. They were in awe of our school community and provision and left inspired and motivated with ideas to take back to their regions.

Next week, we have a tour for families with children in Lower School on Tuesday and the following week, a tour for families in Upper School (Years 7 and above). This is an opportunity to get a feel of the school’s day-to-day provision and atmosphere – we won’t be going in to individual classrooms, though we will be looking in from the corridors and explaining the routines. If you would like to attend, please email or call the office to confirm by Monday morning.

Below is a summary of some important key dates, including the day when children’s portraits will be taken later this half term.

Tuesday 27th January 10am: School Tour for parents with children in Lower School

A 45-minute tour and Q&A session for parents of pupils in Reception up to Year 6 (we will take a look around the school to give you a feel for the day-to-day provision – we won’t go into classrooms, but can look in from the corridors).
If you would like to attend the tour, please can you call our reception team to book a slot.

Tuesday 3rd February 10am – 10.45am: School Tour for parents with children in Upper School

Professional photographers will visit the school to take your child’s annual school portrait.

Week 2nd – 6th March: Family Learning Week

An opportunity for parents and carers to come into your child’s classroom and see and engage with their learning. Your specific slot will be shared nearer the time.
